Josh Arthur is originally from Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Economics in 2004. He then attended Florida International University School of Law in Miami and earned his J.D. in 2011. While attending FIU Law, he was a member of the school’s Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic and interned for the Office of the United States Trustee. Licensed in both California and Florida he has practiced for over 10 years in the areas of bankruptcy, wills, trusts and other areas of consumer debt and real estate law.
