Strategic Advisor, Executive & Team Coach - Partnering with business owners to create their short and long-term strategy and then get their teams on the same page, to create a truly engaged workforce to implement that strategy while growing your business.

Bryan brings decades of leadership experience to his advising and coaching. He has held senior leadership positions at Pacific Bell & Kaiser Permanente, & founded a successful production company, where he built an extensive portfolio of clients, such as Bank of America, Pacific Bell, AT&T, & Microsoft. His work on a children’s television program resulted in a regional Emmy Award. He is a former Board Chair of a non-profit, in addition to his successful work with Vision to Reality Coaching®’s clients. He uses & builds on that wide-ranging leadership experience in supporting his clients.

In working with leaders & teams continuously facing change, Bryan will partner with you to identify your unique strengths, challenge your potential, seize growth opportunities, address areas for development, bring clarity to your vision, & execute on that vision. He will help you build a variety of essential skills, ranging from influencing others to communication style, strategic planning, engaging employees, & company culture. He has special experience in developing an inclusive & equitable culture that supports the recruitment & development of diverse & productive teams.
